We use 100% Australian Durum Semolina, local fresh farm eggs to make our Pasta. For our fillings and flavours we use the best and freshest ingredients available at our local and international markets. Our filled Pasta is available fresh or frozen. All our filled Pasta is made fresh then placed to the freezer to ensure best quality. We accept special requests – conditions apply. Customers can purchase our filled pasta fresh by weight. Frozen Product comes packaged in 2 different sizes – 450g and 1Kg.
